One of the hardest parts (at times) about coaching youth sports is keeping the players engaged in practices. To be good at anything takes repetitions. Repetitions can be boring. As we get older we may not expect practice to be fun because we have a better comprehension of what it takes to achieve goals. But let’s face it, “older” kids like to have fun too.
